At BISSELL, we stand behind our floor care products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your machine or accessory within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid FedEx shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Machine

  Place your BISSELL product in its original packaging, including all attachments and manuals, to ensure a safe transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized FedEx location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
